App crash upon initialisation #16

For some devices, the app crashes during initialisation in many cases. These crashes also sometimes cause current progress position to be lost in the current book.

I've deployed an update that reduces the number of crashes. But unfortunately they still happen.

It seems to be a race condition, that Aboo start populating the queue before MediaManager finishes initialising.

Released a new version (1.0.3) which should hopefully resolve this.
