Goals:

Code duplication as less as possible
Resampling as a stand alone
Resampling also used in reformat

Few notes: Resample process can be called from pipelines.

If we are talking about toolbox, Reformat/Resample toolbox needs the resample part also. So, if we do a Resample toolbox, it will be included in Reformat/Resample also, and in the same workspace. Thus, i do not see the interest for the user to have two same toolboxes, and specially in the same workspace ^^. I think they will be lost, and it's not very ergonomic.

the point was that if someone wants to resample an image, he should not send his image through the reformat toolbox, as it is using a specific viewer,... that already created some problems on orientation... So if using the resample part of the reformat toolbox only applies a resample to the original image, this is fine, but if clicking on the reformat toolbox does change the original image, I would rather have the two toolboxes, even if it duplicates a functionality.
