[VTK9.2.6] switch to more recent VTK and ITK5.4rc04

This PR is based on:

• old medInria 4 PR for VTK 9.2.6 https://github.com/medInria/medInria-public/pull/1133
• MUSICardio Fedora 40 PR to switch to ITK5.4rc04 https://github.com/Inria-Asclepios/medInria-public/pull/853
• master branch

It needs:

• TTK PR https://github.com/medInria/TTK/pull/7
• music-plugins PR https://github.com/Inria-Asclepios/music/pull/1088

This PR compiles on Fedora 37/40, Ubuntu 20/22, macOS 10.15 and Windows 10. On Ubuntu the prerequisites sudo apt install libglvnd-dev can be needed.

I tested on Ubuntu 22 the import: newer VTK files and older can be imported.

PS: after review, validation of this PR and merge of the linked PRs, this PR will need to be updated to change the repos paths. PPS: this PR is set on master branch since for now 4.1 does not compile on every OS, but as soon as 4.1 is OK, i'll change this PR to 4.1. For now i can still work on this branch.
