This Pull Request is related to issue #205.

Changes proposed in this Pull Request:

this is the code for reproducing the processing of Team I9D6
this code includes all subject-level processing (afni_proc.py command and more), from running on our HPC "biowulf"
this code includes the group level analysis (3dttest++ with Clustsim and ETAC)
this code also includes supplementary commands for various processing
