Episode Titles not being read by Plex #121

FFMPEG is being used as I can see the added title tags on mediainfo, however plex doesn't read the tag and merely shows the episode number image

This is most likely a issue with the Metadata provider plex is set to use for that library, is it set to personal media?

I have refreshed the metadata multiple times

Can you try going to Agents in your plex server settings and disabling everything except Personal Media Shows image

If that doesn't work then I'm not sure sadly as this is definitely a issue on plex's side. Perhaps if you asked some other users in our discord they might be able to help you.
