Cover Theme plugin

This plugin themes Tidal based on the current track's cover art. It uses node-vibrant to create a palette, then adds CSS variables of those colors.

A default theme is included, but it can be disabled if you're using your own theme. It adds a background gradient of the colors, and makes parts of the app transparent so the gradient is visible.
