Force NoBuffer to always download full title #78

Hi !

Would it be possible to force NoBuffer to always download the full title from CDN when starting to play the title ? I have a 150mbit connection which works fine with other streaming networks and I still have issues with Tidle but I cannot reproduce the problem and support cannot really help me. Somehow I still get stuttering even with the plugin enabled.

You can test if this would make a difference by using the song downloader plugin to download a song and then try play it as it will have the same affect.
