Uncap FPS? #15

Hi there! great news!

I've tested, but PiccuEngine only shows 60~61 FPS Theres a way to unncap PE?

At the moment, you can use the -framecap parameter to change it. I've experimented with completely uncapped FPS, but the game becomes nigh-unplayable above 1000 FPS (and probably around it tbh), I'll have to look more deeply into how it works.

excelent! thanks! combined with in built vsync and -framecap 999 d3 become smooth like a melt butter

q: all the available commands parameters of d3 can be setted in a shortcut of PiccuEngine.exe?
