Hi @jovanajovicbonnet,
I am not sure what part 5 are you referring to? Can you copy/paste the question in this post? I think we are supposed to work on part 1 & 2 only says the course outline: Assignment 03: Boats (A): A Segmentation Case You should work only on Parts 1 and 2 of the segmentation template document we use in class.

Hi Jovana,
I'd say factors represent group OF original questions. They are derived questions really that represent the key meaning from that group of questions.

Hi @jovanajovicbonnet
Now that I had the class, I know what you are talking about :) The factors are basically the "columns" ("Comp.1, Comp.2, etc.). The objective is to see if let's say for Comp.1 grouping customer with high ranking of questions 27, 28, 16 , etc. make a business sense. If yes, then keep the question with the highest number (e.g. Q1.27) as a "summary" of Comp.1 and carry on the clustering with this information.
That way you keep the "interpretability" of your result.
Hope it helps...
Guillaume
It doest help. Thanks a lot @GuillaumeBot and @VioletaArgyropoulou. @GuillaumeBot if I understand you well, one factor is equal to one question (the "summary" question), right?
Yes. First a factor is a combination of questions with various weights, but for the assignment, it will be assimilated to the "summary" question as you wrote.
Hi are factors (for the first question, part 5 of the assignment 3) represent groups or original questions ? Thanks a lot.
