hotfix: saxon bug in eno lib #143

Note: solve exception cases that could occur in certain specific treatments: 

EnoGeneration error : An error was occured during the LUNATIC_XML_SPECIFIC_TREATMENT transformation. Cannot copy a variable reference whose binding is unknown :
