New label type: `TXT`

Lunatic labels currently have two possible types:

• VTL for vtl expressions
• VTL|MD for vtl expressions that return a string value and can have markdown formatting

A new type has been introduced in Lunatic:

• TXT for labels that have a static value (i.e. not interpreted as a vtl expression or markdown formatting)
