Stromae DSFR - Answer label and description - DDI #718

What we want to achieve is describing the label an description for an answer, for example:

  1. an input field (see "Champ avec texte d’aide" for the design system of the french state (DSFR))
  2. a multiple choice (see "Liste avec texte d’aide")
  3. a single choice.

In the 1st case, there are both a Label et a Description element for a ResponseDomain, for example a TextDomain.

In the 2nd case, we could use the ResponseDomain for each item list contains in the d:StructuredMixedGridResponseDomain/d:GridResponseDomainInMixed.

Need to dig a bit more for the 3rd case.

In the 3rd case (single choice), we only have a d:CodeDomain refering to a r:CodeListReference
