Certigna authority is missing #37

Hello,

it seems that certificates signed by Certigna Services CA such as the one used at https://insee.fr are not bundled in the images.
Tested on the latest onyxia-rstudio image, curl https://insee.fr fails with SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate error.
Other certificates such as the one used by google, amazon and others appear to be fine

Apparently the inseefr certificate is incomplete.
Nothing to do on our end, closing this
