Add chromium in this image #14

In order to be able to use pagedown::chrome_print (poke @RLesur) in this image, we need to have chromium installed.

Would you consider to add it to the image ?

Hi @linogaliana, we won't add chromium as for now there doesn't seem to be any clean way to install it on ubuntu 20.04 (which the rocker image is based on) without adding user-provided PPA. You can install it using an init script in the meantime
