Logs folder needs to be created on first run #6

If you run the latest version of the script for the first time (no settings YML, no vars.py), it expects that the logs folder is present. Since it is not, the script fails. The script should account for this on first run, and create the folder if it does not exist.

I need someone to test the changes as I've not had issues with this

Issue has been resolved and folders are being created.
