Crater with Building Grabber #72

Heavy units can mount Building Grabber tool only as a light mount. Crater hE has a bonus light slot but when Building Grabber is added there unit's script turns to Repairer and the unit is not able to use its heavy weapon anymore. Maybe allow Building Grabber to be mounted in a heavy weapon slot (just like a Banner), so there was no need for producing not-working heavy weapon just to get an armored civil unit.

Similarly to #60 - we prevented mounting grabber on top of heavy weapons. The heavy unit with grabber only, could be implemented in the future if needed.

The issue was closed prematurely, as it needs to be fixed in single player as well
