Added PoS vs DPoS description #31

I know this is an asymmetrical request - but would you be willing to be listed with public author attribution on this question? I understand if not, but if there's a willingness to lend your legitimacy to the project through the web UI it would of course be appreciated.

It's worth noting that DPoS comes in a variety of flavours today, beyond the vanilla BitShares > Steem > EOS lineage.

Newer variants (like Polkadot or Cardano) "pre-bribe" delegators/voters by offering equal "staking rewards". Of course, the validators can also make further agreements with voters over and above that. Some (like Polkadot, Tezos) even require validators to stake a minimum of their own coins and have slashing mechanisms, so it's more of a hybrid DPoS setup with some elements of PoS.
