Introducing the concept of consensus layer. #45

I've seen that in the code, you use the concept of consensus mechanism. I had a better success explaining that the consensus is a layer in the Ethereum network. That's why I also suggested a change in the hero. If you like introducing the concept of consensus layer, the same change can be made in other parts of the code.
