UI general polishing #207

Many small/medium UI tweaks and additions including:

removing lots of unused code
updating error card visuals
making sure animations require users to have animation support allowed
added flip response card location setting
fixed the strange click target for the menu button on open/close
added waiting card when neutral response received from server
added the about us menu (not fully populated yet)
added a new, custom insight logo in the main menu
modified shadows on cards to be more realistic
