Mouse Exclusivity Issues #15

Sometimes when opening a window for the first time and disabling camera, the cursor does not show up. Need to click on desktop or some other window then everything works fine when you return to the window.

May be specific to my computer, tested on other Mac and did not have the problem

I think this is due to having 2 desktops on a monitor. Client opens in other desktop. Did not have this issue when monitor was removed
