[Feature request] Make use of Tor connection optional & enable it by default #4

Hi. It is very nice to utilize Tor connection by your application. Really I like it. However, there are certain situations in which this connection not suitable. So, it is nice to add option in general setting of application by which user can switch Tor connection ON/OFF & make it ON by default.
