rename get_init #12

I spent a while trying to figure out how to test this but it's rather tricky since it requires the PKPDsim model to be installed.

it might actually be better to move this function to the PKPDsim package since in a way it exposes information associated with a PKPDsim model, its not really associated with the PKPDposterior functionality.

I agree, it would be more natural to have it live in the PKPDsim package itself...
