This PR removes functions that are not end-user facing from the package documentation. This is good practices because it prevents conflict with other packages and makes it easier for a user to get to know the tools.
There was one function I wasn't sure about: get_parameter_tables, we call is from a few places but not in the examples. However, it is possible a user may want to use this dataframe outside of the provided plotting functions.
