When dicom files converted to nii.gz files, it created a bug of repeated images #4683

1 The second row of the above figure produces repeated images. The program points out a warning prompt as shown in the following figure. 2 How to resolve this issue. Thank you!

@jcfr is looking at updating the ITK version in Slicer to v5.4.0 -- after, it is be worth re-testing to see if the issue persists.
