Make repository name and module name consistent with ITK #24

Following the changes https://github.com/InsightSoftwareConsortium/ITKIOMeshSTL/pull/16 and https://github.com/InsightSoftwareConsortium/ITKIOMeshSTL/pull/19

the same consistency rules should be applied to this repository as well.

BTW, not sure whether we can apply the same principle to: https://github.com/scifio/scifio-imageio.git

We may have to balance with the scifio naming conventions.
