DOC: Add Azure Pipelines build status #15

I saw that you added Azure pipelines build ... and that's cool !

but I can't tell why the tests are failling nor DL the artifacts/wheels (permissions error)

Yes, we are close to binary packages on PyPI! :crossed_fingers:

It looks like we need to add some missing override keywords:
