Hi,
I don't have plans of porting this to Slicer. It is available via python, so I hope that I have made it easy for someone from the Slicer community to take on that task. In the meantime, I will close this issue, and if someone from Slicer needs help, please don't hesitate to ask!
Hi,
TubeTK now has great python support via ITK Python. I suggest using it via python. There are several notebook examples in the Examples directory, or post your question here, and I'm happy to help. Slicer support isn't currently on our roadmap.

Hi, Thanks for the great work! I found that the older version of TubeTK could be used as a module in Slicer (this page), does the current version of TubeTK supports this feature? Or how to use TubeTK together with Slicer if not in this way?
