Bug exploit and console error 1.16.5 #194

Hi, placing tiles entities in a other block (example : Grass) display an console error : https://pastebin.com/dSqrPrEz

I also found a bug. actually i put a limit of 10 per chunk, and i feel like the limit only applies when the player breaks a block in the chunk, if he doesn't break any, he can place some as much as he wants, here is the video : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1l5QAINQUq37_6Vo7PA7E-Durp8jCcR3z/view?usp=share_link
