[1.21 Issues] Lands addon not tracking correctly #2

Since updating to 1.21, the block limits we have added to lands are not tracking correctly.

For example: If we have chests limited to 1000, placing a chest shows 1/1000, place another its 2/1000. But then randomly, it will jump right up and say you're at the container limit. Then randomly, it will go back down later.

There are no console or startup errors at all. We are very lost on this issue.

It seems like the limit is being shared between all/most online players at random.
