u232/stimpack research/upgrade just fine
but restoration and optical flare doesn't operated.

Optical Flare appears to work fine, but yeah Restoration doesn't work. Looks 
like a
problem with BWAPI, which incorrectly says UnitTypes::None is what researches
Restoration. Rather than hard-code a messy work-around in BWSAL, I will just 
fix the
problem in BWAPI.

k I fixed the bug in the TechType data, so Restoration should return the 
correct unit
type for whatResearches in the next release of BWAPI, whenever it is ready.
