Suboptimal center positioning #17

During an expand, if something is in the way of a center the worker will
construct the building near, but not in the optimal position. I saw this
happen with the current Zerg AI. I had cancelled the hatchery because it
was getting mauled by 12pool computer zerglings. When it tried to rebuild
the hatchery, there were some zerglings in the optimal position so it tried
to build nearby instead. I tried stopping it but that drone dude had pretty
firmly made his mind up =S Hatchery morphed to completion in a suboptimal spot.
