trouble with virtual audio card on server 2003 #49

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.installing edcast_standalone_3.33.2011.1026;
2.trying to start edcast;
3.server reboots;

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Message after rebooting: "Error: STOP; Reason code: 0x805000f"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Edcast_standalone_3.33.2011.1026. Windows server 2003R2. VAC - e2esoft VSC 
v.1.3.0.

Please provide any additional information below.
Edcast_standalone_3.1.21 works fine except I can't close it correctly.

Seems edcast_standalone_3.1.21 produces some "interference" in the stream.

the interference suggests an unlicensed VAC

The BASS library is always having issues with VAC - I'll try updating to the 
latest version (although, that causes other issues). Perhaps I'll try coding 
for multiple versions of the BASS library, so the end user can choose one that 
works for them
