This PR Contains a background for translation of OpenSearchAI project, and translation for PT-BR, EN-US and ES.
Used i18n on NextJs app router with auto detect.
The author of project not answered on Twitter messages anymore, he is working for Vercel now and involved with this so hard, I guess.
But a maintener bot reviewed the code and looks fine for the project.
