Remzibi support without UBlox #20

Add support for Remzibi OSD (SERIAL_REMZIBI) without the need for a UBlox GPS. 
This can be 
accomplished by recreating the NMEA sentences Remzibi requires (RMC and GGA) 
from the data 
available.

Hi, I am requesting to revisit this as with better code (391 onward as in the 
discussion) which allowed the standard GPS like Sir III to also perform well, 
limitting only UBlox for Remzibi should be reviewed.

Hope to see the priority can be moved up and to catch up with the new code that 
Bill 
has done a great job based on his reply to the discussion group recently.

Hi - Perhaps at the same time look at the NMEA passthrough causing the current 
problem with GPS lock,using uBlox,when specifying SERIAL_REMZIB.
As per Ben - "it could be a problem with baud rate setup on the GPS serial 
port... "
