LOGO update

New version of LOGO to support future needs of matrixpilot.

What still needs to be decided?

How/if to support running multiple logo scripts
Instruction width/parameter count
If telemetry read/write will be supported
What GCS support is required in the long term
If raw logo scripts are to be parsed from FAT storage
How the language will be defined and how the machines will cope with the 
changing language definition.

Branch MatrixPilot_beta contains LOGO runtime interpreter modules. Initial work 
with loading multiple file based missions included.
