Restructure of MatrixPilot library from radio input to servo output.
Will allow more advanced control algorithms and features to be implemented.

What still needs to be decided?
Is the risk of a wide structure change acceptable?
Is the loss of some existing features acceptable?

i'm all for restructure proposals, and indeed have quitely made a few in some 
of my branches. this one however seems significant and well worth group 
collaboration. how about a loose plan and a new branch?
