UDB5 gyro gains #66

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switch aircraft on and let it zero as normal
2. Connect to live telemetry and gcs
3. Rotate aircraft vertical.  

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
GCS reports incorrect angle of about 30deg compared to 90deg.

The gyro gains were verified using the RollPitchYaw test. Could this be a bad 
board?

This problem was reported by the community.  The UDB4 gains used are close 
enough to the UDB5 gains for it not to be a problem.  reducing to medium 
priority.

My board may be a bad one.  Yet to be verified.

Verified ok with UDB5.  Lowered priority to low. Needs checking for exact gains 
for UDB5.
