Train synchronization will be an enormous task that must be implemented in several steps, roughly outlined below.

[x] Spawning, including preventing the client from spawning trains.
[x] Removal.
[x] Derailed state.
[x] Accessories (couplers, handbrakes, etc).
[x] Position.
[x] Controls.
[x] Simulation state.
[x] Cargo.
[ ] Brake system.
[x] Car Damage.
[ ] Cargo Damage.
