[Project Enhancement] - Eve Gaming System #106

I would like to see Eve have a gaming system, with slots, trivia, maybe even a dice game.

This feature request is being reviewed for viability of it's completion given the amount of interest the development team has the requested feature and time they have available - Testing Viability [added]

Personal note:

I think I might take a look at this today, actually. If I can get something going rather easily as a good starter this may be a great project for versioning the next release a whole minor increment (6.7).
