Add fulfill win functionality for burning receipts #148

Burns receipts as part of fulfillment for assets won.

Ah, so we are probably going to be transferring assets to winners on L1, but it's possible we could be transferring assets all over the place.

For v1, it might make the most sense to transfer won assets on the side and instead just have a gated burnReceipt function that we trigger post-transfer.
