djbr list shows empty on movil #171

The list does not show on anything smaller than an iPad screen (768x1024) www controlciudadanopy org_djbr_list(Surface Duo) www controlciudadanopy org_djbr_list(Pixel 2 XL)

It should either show an error about the screen size not being fit to display the tables or show the tables on some other way
