Legacy version of InstaPy before introduction of PyPi

This release holds the legacy version of InstaPy before we introduced PyPi. To be able to remove the legacy branch at one point, this release is created.

At the moment of trying this, most xPaths etc. most likely will already be broken.

If you're considering using InstaPy, please use the current version.
