Next-Day Appointment (Amelia) Reminder Not Functioning #6
The system is currently failing to send out the automated next-day appointment reminders. It's showing active in Amelia setting. This is impacting txt message notification. Users are not receiving the expected reminders, which can lead to missed appointments.
Expected behavior:
The system should automatically send out text reminders to clients 24 hours before their scheduled appointment.
Steps to reproduce:
Schedule an appointment in the system.
Wait 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Observe that no reminder text notification is received.
Impact:
Increased risk of missed appointments
Negative impact on client experience
Potential loss of revenue
