where can i put instamojo files in public_html ? #1

[InvalidArgumentException] There are no commands defined in the "setup" namespace.

Try running php bin/magento list and see if it is returning a detailed error message.

I am download the magento2 extension. Where can i put in my root folder. I want correct file path
