kompomaatti: Make the thumbnail generating happen in celery #317

Our thumbnailer library supports generating thumbnails in celery. This way we could be more certain that crasing thumbnailer does not cause kompomaatti upload crash.

  1. Use imagekit celery thumbnailer
  2. Make optional thumbnail fields nullable
  3. Take nullability into account everywhere, and offer temporary image file while thumbnailer is running.
