Unfortunately, covid19-data/Vaccination/OpenData_Slovakia_Vaccination_Regions.csv is missing today's update (data up to 4th November).

@KristianSufliarsky - today's update missing too (data up to 7th November), would you mind looking into it, please? Thank you. Why are these irregularities in data update happening?
