Workitem fails to launch occasionally. #2

When launching calibration (ID: 5b4b1e1b-8b97-ee11-9eff-b88303912b51) I got an error while launching the workitem:

Error message:
Errors encountered during file download, directory creation, and/or symlink processing. The most common cause of this error is the use of long file paths and/or names. See logs for more details.

I was doing something very similar to: https://github.com/InstituteforDiseaseModeling/EMOD-Generic-Scripts/blob/main/model_demographics01/experiment_demog_UK01_calib/make05_start_calib.py

I re-ran the make05_start_calib.py script and the workflow launched.

I also see this behavior occasionally when trying to download things (using a make03 script). I talked with Jeff and Ned, who are aware of the problem, and see it as another instance of "occasionally not having permissions to do a thing because monitoring software is mid-monitor."
