Issues must have clear direction of the issue
For bugs, what went wrong? What output is there? What was the scenario? Is there example code? As developers finish, document the results of the tickets
For new features, clear expectation of feature. Document workflows if any. All new features should account for documentation as well
More research tickets to scope and document nebulous portions. Tickets need a deliverable that will be discussed with group
Beginning of sprints we will together as group go over tickets we plan to work on and add documentation, estimate, and assign as a group
Documentation team should be included in design sessions
Retrospectives end of every sprint. A survey will be sent out with questions regarding what we aimed to improve before each retrospective. Next retrospective will cover the following questions
Meeting efficiency - Do we feel like meetings have been more efficient
Planning - How well did we plan?
Documentation in issues - Were tickets fully documented?
Was our development in alignment with user needs?
Documentation - Did we incorporate new features into documentation?
