2 years ago - chain "wait for experiment" with 'run analyzers' in snakemake
- add download work item step after analyzers
- add all experiments to a suite
- add suite id in tag for all work items
- move some common code as helper functions
- add rules in snakemake_bak to clean up specific id files for different steps(clean_ana, clean_download, clean_exp)
