The second commit ("add summary table to report") also includes adding a summary table to the report. However, note that this is currently done using the R code, so changes to the R scripts will need to be noted and translated into the corresponding python scripts once they are working.

ggplot images and pdf report is added into this PR. I will merge this into main and release it as v0.1.0
